The Palestinian Electricity Transmission Ltd. (PETL) invites applications from eligible candidates for General Administrative Assistant position with the following details:

General Administrative Assistant (Ref. #: GAA/HRAD/ 2019-03)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling and routing office communications, letters and documents.
  • Handling Company Vehicles management- fleet management
  • Updating office manuals and brochures.
  • Managing electronic and printed files.
  • Attending meetings, functions and events.
  • Handling guests and clients.
  • Handles all the administrative matters regarding day-to-day operations and procedures.
  • Reads and analyzes memos, drafts replies, and prepare reports for Human Resources & Administrative Department.
  • Arranges all travel arrangement and logistics (i.e. Visas, airline bookings, hotel reservation, etc.) related to PETL employees.
  • Types, formats, proofread, edits, photocopies and book-keeps reports, e-mails and correspondences.
  • Creates and maintains an effective filing system where reference indexing, updates and retrieval process are used.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned


  • B.A. in Business Management, Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field.
  • Good Knowledge in English is essential requirement
