Increasing the electrical capacity supplied to the municipality of Tulkarm by 5 megawatts

On Monday, 02/15/2021, the Palestinian Electricity Transmission Company, in cooperation with the competent authorities, and as a temporary and quick solution, operated the Annab connection point, east of Tulkarm Governorate, with a capacity of 150 amps at a voltage of 33 kV, to supply both the towns of Bala’a, Kafr Al-Labad, and parts of the city of Tulkarm, at the same time. The city suffers from frequent power outages for long and continuous periods as a result of the severe shortage of electrical capacity.
