The Palestinian Electricity Transmission Ltd. (PETL) invites applications from eligible candidates for General Administrative Assistant position with the following details:
General Administrative Assistant (Ref. #: GAA/HRAD/ 2019-03)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling and routing office communications, letters and documents.
- Handling Company Vehicles management- fleet management
- Updating office manuals and brochures.
- Managing electronic and printed files.
- Attending meetings, functions and events.
- Handling guests and clients.
- Handles all the administrative matters regarding day-to-day operations and procedures.
- Reads and analyzes memos, drafts replies, and prepare reports for Human Resources & Administrative Department.
- Arranges all travel arrangement and logistics (i.e. Visas, airline bookings, hotel reservation, etc.) related to PETL employees.
- Types, formats, proofread, edits, photocopies and book-keeps reports, e-mails and correspondences.
- Creates and maintains an effective filing system where reference indexing, updates and retrieval process are used.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
- B.A. in Business Management, Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field.
- Good Knowledge in English is essential requirement
